Legal Name Verification

The first step in investigating any credit decision is to pin point exactly who you are dealing with, whether it is a sole proprietorship, partnership, or a corporation. It is imperative that the correct legal entity is identified. To initiate any legal action, the legal entity must be known, as you cannot sue under a trade style.

We will confirm the correct legal name and style of a corporation, as well as the incorporation date and number. We also list all registered business names (sole proprietorship, partnerships, trade names etc.), providing the registration date and the business identification number.
